Are the flanges and inserts in the kit brand new?
Yes! Every flange in your TryMe kit is factory-new, never used by anyone else.
What happens to the flanges I return?
Returned flanges are either sold as Open-Box at a steep discount or donated to mothers in need. By returning what you don't need, you're helping another mom find her fit too.
Is the return shipping really free?
Sort of. Shipping is expensive, so a portion of it is factored into the price of the kit. However, the return shipping fee is still heavily discounted in order to keep the cost of the kit as low as possible.
To make it easier for you, the kit includes a prepaid USPS return label. Simply repack the box, adhere the label, and drop off the package at any USPS locations. No printer needed!
Can I order more than one kit?
The TryMẹ Kit is available once per customer. It's designed for first time flange fitters. Once you've found your size, our shop has everything you need.
