Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us and for your purchase.

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You may request a return for your new and unused items for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise. Except for the TryMẹ kit, we will charge a $5 restocking fee for each used item. The restocking fee covers the cleaning and sterilization costs of the merchandise. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased on our website (fittinglyme.com). We cannot process items you’ve purchased from another store.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund for any retail purchases, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • You request a return within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise.
  • The items are new and unused, and in the original packaging with the seal unbroken.

If you are returning the TryMẹ kit for a full refund, then all of the items in the kit must be in their packaging with the seal unbroken. If any of the items in the TryMẹ kit are opened, then you will be charged for the full price of the TryMẹ kit. The TryMẹ kit is not eligible for a partial refund.

You can return used items, except for the TryMẹ kit, for a partial refund. We charge a $5 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee is used for cleaning and sterilizing the items. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • You request a return within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise.
  • The merchandise is opened or used but fully functional.
  • There are no damages (i.e. cracks, rips/tears, warped, etc.) to the items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Please note: The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Return Process

To start your return, go to returns.fittinglyme.com. Alternatively, you can click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the fittinglyme.com navigation.

  1. Enter your email address associated with the order.
  2. You will receive an email with a six-digit verification code, which allows you to access your orders without having to create a password. Copy and paste the code into the Login page.
  3. Once you’re logged into your account, select the orders or items you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add an optional note for us.
  5. Click Request return.

We will review your request within 24 hours. If your return request is approved, then we will email you a return shipping label and instructions. Once we’ve processed your return, you will receive either a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the items.

If you’d rather ship your items using your preferred carrier or don’t use our return request system, then you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of received return delivery.

Receiving Your Refund

When we receive your returned items, we will process them within 3-5 business days. If the items meet the returnable criteria, as outlined in this policy, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment. The refund amount will be the price of the returned merchandise and sales tax (if applicable), minus the restocking fee (if applicable). Original shipping costs are not refundable.
