Measure both of your nipples. Let us know your sizes and the type of breast pump you use. We'll collect these information when you're adding the TryMẹ kit to your cart. Don't know how to measure? No worries, we got you covered. Check out our blog post where we show you how to do it with whatever measuring tools you have.
Step 2
We'll curate different flange sizes and styles based on your measurements and ship them straight to your door.
Step 3
Try on everything in your kit. You know you've found your fit you when it feels comfortable, doesn't hurt when you pump, and "empties" your breasts. When you find your perfect fit, visit our website to buy your new pair of flanges, inserts, and/or cushions.
Step 4
Let all the items air dry, then pack them up and return them to us. For your convenience, use the original box your kit came in and the included prepaid shipping label. Your kit will be professionally cleaned and sterilized for the next parent.
