How do I start the return process?

This return process is not for the TryMẹ kit.

To start your return, go to returns.fittinglyme.com. Alternatively, you can click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the fittinglyme.com navigation.

  1. Enter your email address associated with the order.
  2. You will receive an email with a six-digit verification code, which allows you to access your orders without having to create a password. Copy and paste the code into the Login page.
  3. Once you’re logged into your account, select the orders or items you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add an optional note for us.
  5. Click Request return.

We will review your request within 24 hours. If your return request is approved, then we will email you a return shipping label and instructions. Once we’ve processed your return, you will receive either a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the items.

If you’d rather ship your items using your preferred carrier or don’t use our return request system, then you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of received return delivery.

Do I need to go through the return process when I send back the TryMẹ kit?

Nope! The kit already factored in the return. For your convenience, we included the prepaid shipping label with the kit. If you lose that label, then email us at support@fittinglyme.com to request a new shipping label.

Why do you accept returns on flanges while other companies do not?

Glad you asked! We accept returns because we have a cleaning process in place. After they're cleaned, we use them in the TryMẹ kit until they need to be retired. This way, the flanges are put to use instead of trashing them.

Other companies do not accept returns once you open the flanges because cleaning the flanges are very expensive, and it's not worth it for them to do it.

The cleaning process is so expensive that, in fact, we're not making money on the TryMẹ kit. But we're doing it because we deeply believe in helping other pumping parents find their perfect fit without having to spend more money than they already are.

What do you do with the returned flanges?

After the flanges go through our cleaning process, they become one of the test flanges we use in the TryMẹ kit.

Why do you charge a restocking fee?

Cleaning the returned opened flanges is expensive and we are a bootstrapped, small business. We charge a restocking fee to help cover a little bit of the cleaning cost.

If you're returning items that are still sealed, then you'll get the full refund.
