Whether you're looking for a smaller flange size, pumping comfort or both, these soft silicone inserts can help. Simply place the inserts inside your hard plastic flanges to reduce the flange tunnel size. 

Which insert length should you choose? The short inserts are compatible with the wearable pumps. While the short inserts also work with the traditional flanges, if you have elastic nipples, then you should choose the long inserts so that the nipples have room to safely stretch inside it.

The long inserts are compatible with the traditional flanges. 

Please note that these inserts can only be used with 24mm or 25mm flanges.

Product features

  • Made from BPA-free food grade silicone.
  • The short flange inserts are compatible with the following wearable pumps and don't need to be trimmed: Elvie Single/Double Electric, Elvie Stride, Momcozy S9, S10, S12 (24mm Cup)/ LegendaryMilk (24mm Cup)/Tsrete Wearable silicone Cups.
  • The long flange inserts are compatible with the following pumps: Medela, Spectra, Motif Luna, Lansinoh, Ameda Mya, Ameda Mya Pro, Ameda Purely Yours 25mm flanges, Ameda Mya Joy 25mm flanges.
  • The inserts only work with 24mm or 25mm flanges.

Care instructions

Dishwasher safe or hand wash with warm water and gentle soap, then rinse and air dry.

When to replace

Replace the inserts if you notice any tear or if they stretched out.
