The Milkdrop breast pump cushion is a soft silicone cushion that you put over the traditional plastic flanges. It moulds to your nipple and supports your areola from being sucked too harshly into the flange tunnel. This can reduce issues with pumping like nipple discomfort, swelling, chafing and redness. And it’s designed with soft ridges to mimic baby’s tongue and palate which can help with output during a pumping session.

  • Compatible with the following pumps: Ameda, Arlo*, Bellababy, Evenflo, Medela*, Minbie*, Motif, New Beginnings, Nuk*, Philips Avent, Pigeon*, Spectra, Unimom, Youha, Zomee (* On these pumps, you may need to increase your suction a few more notches when you’re pumping with a Milkdrop Cushion.)
  • Milkdrop Cushions fit all flange sizes for the compatible pumps listed above but will be most comfortable when you use them with a correctly sized flange or a standard flange with a sizing insert. This is especially important for people with elastic, flatter, or inverted nipples.

Care instructions

Wash your cushions in warm soapy water, rinse, and then air dry. You can also put in the dishwasher. Since this cushion is made of 100% medical grade silicone, you can sanitize it using steam or boiling water.

When to replace

The manufacturer recommends replacing these cushions every 4-6 months, depending your pumping frequency.
